I qualified in teaching Exercise to Music in 1997 after enjoying many classes as a participant. I've worked in Trafford leisure centres since 2004. I've always been interested in core strength, so decided to train as a Pilates instructor in 2015. I'm also qualified to teach fitness to older adults, children and people who've been referred to exercise by their GP.

Wellbeing Weekdays CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, which relies on grant funding to provide affordable wellbeing activities to local communities.

Or, to put it another way: we provide fun-filled Dance, Keep Fit, Yoga and Pilates classes to make

you feel good, for as little as £2 per class!

I've been practising Yoga since 1999 and loved how calm I felt and how great my body felt after a class. So after the birth of my second child I undertook an intense two-year teacher training course with the Iyengar Yoga Association and qualified to teach in 2008. Since then I have loved watching people in my classes transform through Yoga.

I've danced all my life as a hobby and became involved with dancing tuition for wellbeing in 2009, when I taught classes aiding individuals to overcome anxiety and depression. I went on to become qualified as a Fitsteps instructor in 2014, and love to teach Ballroom and Latin American dancing to couples and individuals as a way of exercising whilst having fun.
