We are delighted to announce that we have recently received Big Lottery funding to allow us to continue our classes for another whole year!
This is fantastic as it means we can continue to bring you affordable, fun and effective classes... and it shows that we have been recognised as a positive force in the Sale West community!

The Wellbeing Weekdays
Christmas Party
was a wonderful occasion!
We had tea, biscuits and mince pies,
party games, Christmas music and dances,
demonstrations of our classes, and altogether lots of fun! We are already looking forward to this year's Xmas party!

These were the last ones standing (or kneeling!) but we had many more participants. Well done to everyone!
